She is a Post doctoral from ICSSR and done her research on the topic “Voice of Women and Gender Equality through Reservation”. She did her Ph.d, MPhil in Public Administration from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla. She is a Gold medalist in French language and also done Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Labour Welfare from Himachal Pradesh University.
