Government College Sanjauli provides hostel facility for boys. It was established in the year 1982 with an intake of seventy students. The hostel complex is situated near the college. It provides residential facilities for boys seeking admission in the hostel. Preference is given to SC and ST students. Students from the general category are offered the facility only if there is vacancy after students from SC/ST categories have been accommodated. The new building was added to the old hostel structure and was inaugurated on15th July 2010 by Hon’ble Chief minister Prof. Prem Kumar Dhumal. This hostel is one of the best/most preferred hostels in Himachal Pradesh. At present there are about 141 students residing in the hostel.

The location is perfect, close to campus and other amenities, making it convenient for me to navigate the city. The facilities are ll-maintained, and I feel safe and secure knowing that there are strict security measures in place.
