PTA (Parents teachers association)
A meeting of parents teachers Meeting was held on 23rd September, 2012 in the college Auditorium at 12:00 ‘O Clock. The meeting was convened to form the PTA of the college.
President: -

- The name was proposed by Tehmeena Khan.
- The name was seconded by Hem Raj Kashyap.
Mr. N.D. Sharma was elected unopposed.

In the meeting following decisions were taken.
- That annual contribution of ` 300/- to be collected with the second installment of fees from each student of the college.
- The receipt books will be printed and contribution towards PTA will be raised through these receipts.
- Separate PTA account will be created.
- From next session the general House will be held in the month of July.
- Three posts in the subject of Mathematics and Commerce lying vacant will be filled and they will be paid from PTA.
- The teachers who are serving in the subject of Philosophy, Psychology and will be paid from A/F for the time being and which will be refunded from PTA when it gets collected.
- Salary to be paid for various posts will be decided in next meeting.

A meeting of the Parent-Teachers Association was held on 02-12-2012 at 11AM in the college staff room. The meeting was convened to decide and discuss the followings.
- Minutes of Previous meetings.
- Salary to be paid to the teachers appointed on PTA basis.
- Total collection generated through PTA.
- Other items with the permission of Chair.

Following decisions were taken: -
- It was decided that salary to teachers should be paid @ Rs. 8,000/- per month from July to November 2012 @ Rs. 10,000/- from December 2012 onwards.
- It was decided that a fixed salary to office assistant should be paid @ Rs. 5,000/- per month. This salary will not be paid for vacation period. This should be given from November, 2012 onwards.
- It was decided that a Library attendant and a gas man should be engaged from PTA for whole session i.e. from July on. Both should be paid fixed amount of Rs. 5,000/- per month from November, 2012 onwards, only during session.
- It was also decided that three sweepers should be engaged for college campus cleaning and maintainence and they should be paid fixed amount of Rs. 4,000/- from November 2012 onwards
